Karjat Jamkhed Assembly Constituency Election Results 2024

Karjat Jamkhed Assembly is one of the important constituencies from Ahilyanagar (Ahmednagar) District. It covers some villages from Karjat and Jamkhed. The Assembly constituency structure came into force in the 2009 election after delimitation.

NCP party was given a ticket to Rohit Pawar who is seating MLA and grandson of Sharad Pawar. However BJP given a ticket to Ram Shinde. Rohit Pawar won the election by a close margin of votes. NCPSP candidate Rohit Pawar gets 127267 votes. Ram Shinde was losing election a second time from this constituency. He gets 126433 votes, Ram Shinde already a member of Maharashtra Legislative Council.

Rohit Pawar won election in 2019. He prepared from the NCP. Rohit Pawar beat Ram Shinde in 2019.

Ram Shinde is currently a member of the legislative council. He is a supporter of Devendra Fadnavis.

Rohit Pawar is the only leader of opposition parties who represents Ahilyanagar From MVA.
